Looking to restart your career after caregiving? Path Forward offers returning professionals the opportunity to return to work at companies that appreciate the skills they offer, the perspective they provide, and the contributions they can make. Our partner companies offer 16- week paid returnships — internships for experienced professionals returning to the workforce after taking time off for caregiving. The program is open to women and men who have at least 5 years of professional experience and have been out of the paid workforce for two or more years for caregiving purposes.
